PhotoCarousel class
A custom horizontal photo carousel used in the Itinereo app.
Displays a list of photo URLs as PolaroidPhoto widgets inside a PageView. Optionally appends an actionCard (e.g., "add photo" button) if the photo count is less than maxPhotos.
